Han shot First
To get the 'Shoot First' Achievement, first, become Han Solo, then, unlock Greedo and find him wandering the Cantina, then shoot him on site.

Jedi Bowling
In the cantina, there are several blue glasses on the floor. You can pick them all up with the force, and build a stack of them. A bowling ball will then appear which you can force throw into the stacked glasses.

Unlock Indiana Jones
Go into the Bonus doorway in the Cantina, then go through the Trailers door and watch the trailer for Lego Indiana Jones. You will then be able to buy him at the bar for $50,000.
