Mortal Kombat 1: Fight as Goro:
Complete the game. Hold Up/Left + A + Select when the phrase "The End" appears after the credits. Continue to hold the buttons until the initials entry screen appears. Enter your initials and press A, the press Start at the high score screen. The message "Goro Lives" will confirm correct code entry. When fighting as Goro, hold A + B and press Down. Goro will disappear and the match timer will count down quicker. Additionally, your opponent will cycle through the same move and will not be able to hit you.

Complete the game. When the text "The End" appears, hold Up/Left + Select + A until the title screen appears. Enter your initials, then press A.

Mortal Kombat 1: Kombat Kodes:
Enter one of the following Kombat Kodes to activate the corresponding function.

Win the stage immediately before the "?" stage using only kick attacks without blocking.

Continuously use the uppercut move against your opponent on the Bridge stage until the "Toasty" face appears. Immediately hold Down and press Start.

Mortal Kombat 2: Expert mode:
Press Down(2) at the "Choose Your Destiny" screen to play with only one kredit.

Mortal Kombat 2: Random fighter:
Hold Up and press Start at the character selection screen.

Mortal Kombat 2: Hint: Reptile: Ultimate fatality:
Fight as Reptile and get a "Finish him/her" message. Very quickly do Reptile's Energy Ball. While the ball is floating toward your opponent, quickly enter the Headsnack fatality. If done correctly, your opponent should be blasted into the air by the energy ball and should still be in the air doing a flip when you eat his/her head.

Mortal Kombat 2: Kitana: Moves:

Fanlift: Press Away(3), Punch.
Fanslice: Press Away, Punch.
Square Wave: Press Down, Toward, Away, Punch.
Fanthrow: Press Toward(2), Punch + Kick.
Fancut fatality: Press Block(4), Kick.

Mortal Kombat 2: Melina: Moves:

Saithrow: Hold Punch for three seconds, then release.
Roll: Away(2), Down + Kick.
Teleport Kick: Press Toward, Toward + Kick
Inhale fatality: Hold Kick for three seconds, then release/

Mortal Kombat 2: Scorpion: Moves:

Spear: Press Back(2), Punch.
Fatality: Press Block, Up(2), Punch.

Mortal Kombat 2: Sub Zero: Moves:

Freeze: Press Down + Toward + Punch.
Ground Freeze: Press Down + Away + Kick.
Babality: Press Down, Away(2), Kick.
